What started as a silly hobby of sharing warm, crusty sourdough with my coworkers and family has blossomed into something bigger than we ever imagined. We're Peacock Puffs, a Black family-owned bakery that's bringing artisan sourdough with to your table.
Our journey began in February 2025, but our love for bread-making started long before that. Like our namesake, the peacock, we take pride in crafting bread that's both beautiful and bold.
We believe bread is more than just food – it's a daily celebration, a gathering point, and a tradition worth preserving. Our sourdough starter brings a unique tang to every loaf, while our flavors add that special something you won't find anywhere else.
